i also had this problem with my pond.

another "ghetto" solution i did was to simply tie fishing line around the group of lettuce and anchor it around a rock sitting at the bottom of the pond.

btw very creative setup!!!

That's what my neighbor does with their floating plants in their outdoor koi pond. However, some of the plants still get free and get stuck against the suction of the filter.

all plants are gone now because they kept clogging up my intakes and filter floss... along with the plants i found out that there were fancy goldfish eggs and snail eggs on the plants so now i have fancy goldfish and snails in my pond but they wont last long... plus with the drip filter hanging above the pond finally completely seeded the water is crystal clear and at perfect params

rescue the goldies!!

goldfish are gone I havent seen them for along time I think that they got into my ray tank and were eaten

I lost one aro to jumping out nnow the pond has plastic over it held tightly so there is no way for them to get out

AWESOME I was gona do the same thing bought the pool on clearance, but I sold it to a buddy hes got rtc tsn and some damned pacu and some natives, viva la pool pond!
