OK here it is dont burn me for it being so ghetto... I just vaccumed the bottom about two hours before i took these photos so the water is still a little cloudy.. i also have some almond leaves in it to help the water for the aros..the thing hanging above the pond is my wetdry drip filter.. its full of pot scrubbers and lava rock in three different chambers plus there is another floss prefilter in the top of it.. I just changed the floss yesterday and you can see how bad the first layer already is i have to change the first layer once a week the second layer every other week and the third layer once a month.. but by tomorrow the water will be back to clear... how do you guys like all the water lettuce and hyacinth?? my aros love it...

lol ghetto indeed. but at the same time, it doesnt really matter long as your happy, and i bet that aro is with the space. whats the diameter of it? floating plants always look great :D

Nice setup, how many arrows do you have in your pond and what are the size of them and do you have any other tank mates in there

2 24"+ aros
1 11" midas (king of the tank)
1 20" comon pleco (3 more on the way all about the same size)
2 14" pangasius cats
1 17-19" albino channel cat

and i got a few more things coming to go in there including
the three plecos
a tilapia
a florida gar (8-10")
2 12" tiger oscars..
then this thing is officially full

how bout 200 bucks

hi rottbo do you worry about the fish breaking that pool? iam setting up a pond for my RTC and some other fish and was thinking of using the same thing but worried it would brake after being filled for a long time or from the fish, how do you do WC? and can you see the fish clearly?

thanks
