I might try metronidazole or praziquantel if you suspect some sort of dinoflagellate or worm infestation. It would be best to add it to the food, but if the fish isn't feeding you may have to dose a hospital tank.

Is it absolutly impossible to get any type of picture to see what we're dealing with. I hate to see the indiscriminate dosing of meds with out knowing what we're treating for. If you can't provide a picture please say so.

Could aways try the salt treatment, a much safer path than adding meds indiscriminately. I am with Aquanero. Adding meds randomly will just end badly, sooner or later.
