Urgent: my barb is sick

Hi. I want to ask for advice and help. I have a tiger barb that is still 4 cm long. I have kept him since 3 months ago. 2 weeks ago, he became sedentary and now he got what looks like a wound that is located at the bottom part of the body or should i say the belly. The wound color is red and it look like it is located inside rhe body since no slim or tissue or whatsoever dangling from his skin.His swimming capability become quite lousy compare to other barb although it is another story when it comes to the feeding time. I keep him with 4 other barb. What kind of medicine should i give him? Thanks

Would post ur water parameters. Suggest moving it to a quarantine tank and adding some triple sulfa for easy dosing. If able to get a bio bandage and apply to the area. Get some better pics.

Yeah. I already quarantine it. What kind of product that have triple s inside it? My latest water parameter after 35% water change is 7,4 for pH, 26 celcius, 5 ppm for nitrate and 0 for ammonia. One day before water change is 6.9 or 7 with 20 nitrate, ammonia is 0.
 
Thanks a lot. But maybe can you suggest other product that is similar to this one? Since i lived in indonesia, there aren't lot of API product being sold here
 
I’m not sure about Indonesia. Try ur lfs and ask what’s available. Maybe can make a suggestion.
