agreed, the first few posts were useful, but was just trying to prevent the thread from derailing into a huge "test kits are necessary" thread. it's a good discussion, but probably not one the op needs right here. probably a better idea to start another thread. hope you guys understand. still, it's your own choice if you want to heed my suggestion or not.

alright guys here are the pictures i managed to get on that day itself. nothing much really. anyway it was kinda slimy, or maybe ALL bichirs are slimy which i actually do not believe. the areas that i believe showed a little rectal prolapse is circled in red. sorry i dont have a camera so these pics are from my Nokia N97.

hmm im not sure man, but would swollen glands have caused the death? im just very curious as to why both ornates i bought died within the max span of 3 days whereas the other bichirs and gars were fine. so strange!
