Uruguay collecting trip Nov 23 to Dec 7

I will post more as time goes on, I have been there 10 times, so I have thousand of pictures, just posted fish from the areas we will go to on this trip first.

+1 to what Matt said! The only thing I'd add is to get a importers permit (CITIES but not positive on the agency but Ken will know). Apparently recently they have gotten stricter on bringing fish back and these permit are only $100 and ensure you can bring your fish home.

These trips are a BLAST! I've gone twice and didn't want to leave both times! Once I save up more money and have time outside of Grad school I'll be going back!

USFW import permit, cost $100 and makes it much easier, mine had expired the last time I came back nand they told me to get it renewed before next time, I have brought the whole groups fish in under my license before too

Deposit of $500 to hold your spot due by the end of September, the rest will be due when we arrive at Felipe's. He has to apply for our export permits at least 6 weeks in advance and make deposits for the hotels, ect.
 
I will be at the ACA convention next week if anyone want to discuss this trip and Felipe is giving 2 talks at the convention
