+1 to what Matt said! The only thing I'd add is to get a importers permit (CITIES but not positive on the agency but Ken will know). Apparently recently they have gotten stricter on bringing fish back and these permit are only $100 and ensure you can bring your fish home.
These trips are a BLAST! I've gone twice and didn't want to leave both times! Once I save up more money and have time outside of Grad school I'll be going back!
Deposit of $500 to hold your spot due by the end of September, the rest will be due when we arrive at Felipe's. He has to apply for our export permits at least 6 weeks in advance and make deposits for the hotels, ect.When is the deadline on this, and how is payment handled? I read about some of the other collecting trips and again, sounds like a blast.
