I saw Blue Spotted Sunfish for sale while in Germany. I also saw a nice display of Black Banded Sunfish in the Cologne Aquarium with many of the fish close to 5 in (large for the species).
I havn't heard or seen of a muskie in the UK, I think we only have one native esox fish, esox lucius. And we don't call it a northern pike, just a pike .
