Nice pick up Mike. I would agree that they are very delicate when small. Will probably not be able to compete with food with others in the tank. That is how I lost mine years back. Was great when I had it in my sump all alone then I got anxious and threw it in with the population. A short time later he was stressed out and couldn't eat. Died a month or so later =-(

I say get him to some size first then introduce it to a community environment.

Thanks Joey.. The pbass are roughly 5-5.5" and the BBG 3.5-4" or so.. I figured if this guy does well enough to eat he will probably grow faster then the bass and in no time be the same size.. Was my original assumption. If he dosn't eat in the first two attempts I will def seperate. he is fine this morning showing no damage from any beatings last night.. likes to keep cover around and behind the oveflow box but looks good. Will try a feeding today and see how it goes.. Oh yeah and did you get my PM?
