Haha The 24mg is fairly strong, I'd imagine 34mg is heavyweight; almost like inhaling a cigar.

Edit: Just thought I'd add that it's been about 8 hours since I've picked this up, and I haven't had a smoke since. I'm sure I'll slip up and have one here and there, but it's definitely killing my cravings.
 
RDA=rebuildable dripping atomizer. You basically drip straight into the coil which gives you massive hot clouds. People generally cut their nicotine level in half with RDA. Example: In tanks I use a 3mg. Dripping I use a 1mg

^yup. You build your own coils. Vapor production goes WAY up, nic absorption goes way up as does throat hit. When I started I had to use mostly 0 nic and drip a few drops of 6mg nic. Now I can do straight 6 with no issues.

Stay the course bro, you can do it. I started at 24mg and tobacco flavors as well on a cheap ego starter kit. Went down to 18mg with a better device and tank and some sweeter flavors since my taste and smell was coming back. I can't touch those juices now without hacking pretty hard. Just keep in mind what people suggest works for then right now, will not be the same for you until you have been doing it long enough to get over the cigs and get your taste/smell back. Basically don't worry about the perfect vape just focus on not smoking. By the time you feel you have quit you will likely love vaping and naturally progress to better gear/juices.

For me every step down means I dont revert because its kind of gross going back. I enjoy dripping a lot and now want to find a tank to go with my MVP for a daily driver that is on the same juices.

Quitting smoking is definitely my priority. I got up this morning and had a few puffs on the iTaste and problem solved. I think that the tobacco flavors do help as well. I can say that in my short experience so far, it's doing exactly what I had hoped for. I also put the half pack of smokes that I had left in my car, so they are out of sight.
I'll probably have a few cold ones tonight watching the boxing, so that will be a true test. Hopefully my battery will last haha.
 
Definitely stay with it. I started at 18mg and now I'm down to 3mg. I use 1mg in my dripper. I hope to get down to 1mg in all devices in the next few months and of nicotine completely (0mg) by the end of the year. Haven't had a cigarette in over 2 years.

Right on, nice work! I tossed all my smokes but two. That way I would allow myself two slips ups per week. I never ended up using them but it was nice to know I could but in such a limited quantity I would have to have good self control.

This weekend has been a real test for me. Im out of town staying with chain smoking inlaws. Brutal.. I'm over 80 days and thought it would be easier but it has its moments.
 
I'm on vacation back in PA and haven't smoked anything since I've been back. Came Wednesday and hadn't even thought about smoking until today. If it wasn't for wanting to calm down when I drive I would quit completely again. Ordered that clove stuff but it didn't come until after I left so I haven't tried it yet.

I never thought I would never be an ex-smoker snob, but cigarette smoke really does stink now. (80 days since my last analog)
