Very dissapointed with Dan at COA

Not sure why he sent priority mail. He shipped mine air cargo. I to was also disappointed in some of the sizes as I paid the higher $$ for the larger sizes. And they were the size of the next price down. But quality is there. My Syns is very nice as are my Zo, Breihdori, La Catemaca Fen and Melanarus. Supposed to be all males and still question that as I have never vented them. But at their sizes now I am seeing no breeding aggression so and figured I would have by now.......

Dan has always gotten back to me within a couple hours. A lot of this may have to do with how you approached him. If you were nasty.... I wouldn't make it a priority if I were in his shoes. That being said, give this situation some time to develop before openly bashing someone that is generally well respected in this community

You clearly don't know what you're talking about. I never approached him nasty at all. I've treated him with nothing but respect even after letting him know the fish didn't make it.
 
You jumped the gun & things turned nasty the moment that you posted this thread on a public forum. Your initial reaction wasn't exactly respectful. While I am sorry that you lost 2 fish, right off the bat you never allowed the vendor to make things right - you came here complaining. When dealing with live fish, s*** happens. This is not the way to resolve issues with a vendor. If you take a step back, I think that you will agree.
