Oh, they can totally be raised in pure freshwater. There was a scientific article published on it recently.
Oh definitely! They only seem to need brackish for breeding, would be a great aquaculture project to farm them
i've read that's it's already being done. i forgot where i read it. but i would feel bad eating them. they have too much personality
