Sure we have, but I think it has more to do with the fact that when dealing with saltwater ... you check the salinity. It's one of those things that is so basic that for an oversight like that to be made, well you just cant help but be a bit frustrated. I mean it's not like he asked him to adjust the KH and calcium levels, check the O2 amounts and so on and so on (which hopefully he knows how to do anyways being an owner of a fish store)- - it was a simple water change. I dunno, maybe I am just anal like that, but I think that is just something so barney level basic that its pretty upsetting that he didn't take the time to check the salt in the saltwater.

I completely agree with you, it can be a completely frustrating, and it is his fault 100% and he shouldn't make that mistake since its his job but what I'm trying to get at is sometimes you forget things it happens.
