try feeding it food soaked in metronidazole solution(water+metronidazole). jus powder a metronidazole tablet, mix it with water and soak the food in it for 10 minutes and feed it.
make sure that the water temperature is kept at optimum because high temperatures can encourage hexamita growth and low temperatures can encourage fin rot... as for the fin rot add tetracyclin(10mg/litre)... metronidazole in food and tetracyclin in the water might do the trick.
do regular water changes of 25% daily and add new dosage of terracyclin ever alternate days... try this for a week...
remember to change 25% water everyday because the tetracyclin will wipeout the filtering bacteria so water changes are necessary to compensate that.
