lol, yea i really thought i saw like a long thread about keeping them and feeding them boiled peas etc. but im a newb to them myself.
im getting my regani/syns/and bif today and trying to see how every one keeps theres/treats it.

Your Syn and Bifa will be aggressive, while your Regani will be passive. They might be too much for him to handle at times. They all get huge. Expect 14"+ of BEEFY fish. They like hard water. They like a varied diet like any other fish. For those three, you will want a 6'x2'x2' or so...They like water in the 80's I keep mine at 84 or more to avoid illness. Vieja seem to be mild tempered toward non veija/(paratheraps). Some Vieja are hyper aggro toward anything that moves. Good luck. Ask any specific question and someone will get to it. There is a profile thread in the sticky area. Maybe that is why you can not find it

I just recieved a snyspilus, its 4" a little beat up from all the shipping and needs to get on a good diet to get its color back. also which i am really surprised by is that it is really shy and skittish. but i guess I will raise the temp, good to know

Feed your synspillum plenty of vegetables. He'll love you for it. Mine went crazy for blanched zucchini and cantelope. Slice a zucchini in half, wrap each side in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 minute. Take out, unwrap and drop it into ice cold water for a minute. It's now ready to feed to your syns. Stick a fork in it and drop it in the tank.
