Hello all, this is my first post so I'll start by saying thanks for all for the information I have gleaned from this site, the good, the bad, & the ugly.
. It has certainly been interesting reading. I have been keeping African cichlids for the last year & have learnt a lot about this hobby, but I've recently bought a new tank, 6x2x2, & have a female Festae, Jack Dempsey, Red Texas, Pleco, & a synodontis in there. All cichlids are 4 to 5 inches & for the most part everything is going ok. What I want to know is, can I put a Vieja in there & not have any problems. I know these fish are unpredictable but is it worth a shot or is it an absolute no no. I don't really have a grasp on how big these fish get, & I wouldn't like to see them cramped in there as overstocking does not do it for me. So, is there enough room for another fish or have I got enough already. Thanks..
