If you look even closer you will see that both hands on the inmate move before the punch . However, they do not move in a threatening manner. sorry but i would say the co was in the wrong on this one from what i have just seen.
 
So when a cop does this everyone gets their panties in a bunch. The inmate never touched him, only used words. The CO punching first is unjustified, and he should be fired.

Agreed. They move outward and low which looks almost like a submissive manner. Kinda like saying " don't want any crap". CO was unprofessional by letting some words get to him. Kind of looks like the guy was upset that the CO cut off his visitation early. You can even read the guy's lips saying he loves you to his GF/wife. Guy might have said some bad words but wasn't in the CO's face and deserved to be sucker punched.

I am just wondering why we don't have a thread full of people up in arms and crying police brutality like they normally do.

1. If you are in prison, I don't care what it is for. If you aren't doing time because you stabbed someone, another guy in there is. Instead of standing up for the basic human rights of a guy who got himself locked up because he was to stupid to get away with whatever he did, or to violent to be on the outside, go out and find yourself a homeless vet standing on the corner looking for his next meal or a place to sleep and help him out. You want to be a great white knight defender of the people? Help one of the ones who stood up and made this country what it is, not the degenerate bastards degrading whats left of it.

I bet you're the same type of ignorant person that gets his panties in a bunch over cops on the street doing this. I usually take the side of cops but in this instance the CO went overboard. Why do I care? Because if you allow this you will allow it to happen again. By allowing this you allow cops to beat people on the street. And like I say, I bet you are a 2-face that whines about cops all the time. Trying to say the inmate has no rights is like me saying I don't like you so I have a right to kill you. Like I say, you're very double standard. You should have your rights stripped since you don't believe in them.
