I thought I recognize the picture. Ok now Im think that's the same picture I saw couple years ago. That smokey water and those green carpts just like that..

Ira's busted. I cant deny about the texas bucket now.. I love his fishes though.. But this is not good and what a disappointment..

I was just thing about how one bad action can destroy many good actions of a person today.. You can be as nice as cool all the time, but once you deceive somebody once, it takes their trust away.

But Ira gots nice variety of cichlids.. that's a whole different story :drool::drool:

But he's not too truthful with that picture.. Ira must be new booty. That was a weak stunt. I cant say nice try because it wasnt.
 
All I can say is that your reputation is something you work to build every day...and something you can lose in a matter of minutes. He has a great looking Carpinte variant there, yet felt compelled to use a picture 3 years old...and of a hybrid...to sell the fish. Go figure.
 
From what i can see so far the Vonts have a much more bold pattern than the Esconcidos but mine are still young. Both are beautiful in my opinion. I can't wait till they hit the 5-6 inch mark.

It doesn't clearly state on that forum that those fish in the bucket are Flowerhorns. I see another thread about to be closed. Those fish are Escondidos in my opinion and prehaps an ID mistake was made but i see no reason to start with the name calling and trash talk.
