My pick would also have to be Arnold. I think with his accent, memorable quotes and movies like terminator, predator, commando, total recall, conan,.... he's hard to top

Jason Stathom not Jason Seagal, huge difference between the two actors.

Why would you ever put Jason Seagal on the list? And Clint Eastwood would get my vote in an instant.
