For me, my "growing up" top three are: Mel (obviously = Mad Max series), Sly, and VD... I picked Sly for his overall body of work and the fact that he's still kicking-A in the making of the Exps.

I also always enjoyed the "rivalry" he had with Arnold, and felt like I could relate more to him (me not being 6'5" and all)...

For current Action stars tho, I'd have to pick Statham... Total BAD-A! and Sumo, I'm sure you know who I'm disappointed you didn't include...

If newer talents like Jason statham make this list then the rock should be on it. Exclude all recent action Heros or include them all. I could wear a black suit, white shirt, skinny tie and drive a BMW every movie too! How about some damn versatility statham?!?!?

TJ is great and he was seriously considered but my list are only for huge and multiple cult classics. Jet Li didn't make my list but he would before TJ

And I don't care what you wwe fanboys say, my list only includes real actors. I agree Stathom is on the lower end of the totem pole but he's still leagues above wwe wannabe actors
