ms paint rules still in effect... i trust and hope all entries are done by ms paint.. if anyone have a questionable entries please pm me...MistirE;821784;821784 said:Well, thats pretty unfair....considering people actually played by the rules. I remember this part being in the rules.....
Members can ONLY use Microsoft Paint for this contest and must retain the 300 x 300 pixel size. Members suspected of cutting and pasting pictures, resizing, or using programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. will have their submissions disqualified
