My lfs has hydrolocus at the moment but they are only on feeders and i cant be doing with the hassle lol, what prices were the little tigs? pier is the best shop ive been in for all types of fish, never been in another shop with 6 types or ray in at once!

Yeh hyrdrolicus appear to be a bugger to feed on out, ive got some guppies in a spare tank just waiting for nature to take it's cause!

Can't remember the exact price but less than £150

why dont you have any of these when i make my yearly trip xD last time i was up you had all the lables for bits i wanted but none in stock lol i can get most of them but the prices just do not compete with yours at all, best shop ive been to!

It aint that far from the NE .. I get some of the channa guys down every couple of months ..

Aiming to get up to pier End of April
Good luck with your Vulture, I lost my 2 foot beast @ Xmas.
Had him from 4 ", very upsetting.
They are swimming, eating machines......Like Clarias only better looking
Mine would take pellets of the surface & Hand feed!!

Thanks for this post. Saw a 15" one of these at oddball express in stafford a couple of weeks ago which was sold and have wanted one ever since, saw this post and went to pier at the weekend and picked one up for myself, its about 5" at the moment.

i was contemplating one of the bigger ones but thought i'd save the cash and get a smaller one .. Mines grown at least half an inch since getting it, not suprising though as it must burn of lots of energy swimming constantly so eats a lot therefore fast growth rate!
