On the Americans wouldn't do these jobs for minimum wage part of this 1 they don't pay them minimum wage and 2 you'd be surprised what high school kids will do for minimum wage.

You'd be surprised what kids will do for less than minimum wage. Some places such as community pools hire minors to work below minimum wage and can get away with it because it's considered to be a seasonal job. I imagine that the same thing applies to the agricultural industry as well as other industries.

Everyone who is saying that we wouldn't have unemployment if it wasn't for aliens...would you mow lawns, pick fruit, and scrub dishes for minimum wage? I didn't think so. While I agree that it should be easier for them to get visas and be here legally, they wouldn't come if americans weren't refusing to do the horrible dirty work. i feel the people that do come here and complain are cowards.
let them go back to thier "homeland" and protest and see what would happen.

But they don't,they sneak into another country and expect to do whatever they want and make demands.I'd like to think that eventually they would change things and make life easier in their homeland if they pressured their own government enough.

Plus the min. Wage would go up because there wouldn't be any one to do it that cheep. I'm from a small town were the high school kids work at all the restaurants in town at night and on the weeking and the elderly do it during the day. Hell I work at MC Donalds all threw high school. And I thank it helped me in life to learn what a dollar is and to work hard. I go the the bigger towns now and its all imagrians. Were are the kids learning were a dollar is coming from.

I still don't get how an illegal alien can go threw grade school middle school high school and college with out being turned over as being illegal someone isn't doing there job. Also no he should not be given his licence until he is legal why is this even up for debate it's common sense.

Yup. I work hard to pay taxes so my kids who have the right to study here can get their Education on. Every time I see a school Budget cut it drives me crazy!
Im all for illegals trying to go to a better country but in the correct format like my Mexican Ancestors did!

reading this makes me feel bad for him, your right illegal is illegal he should be deported but he did put a lot of work into an did amazing. Good for him for doing so well but too bad he's illegal.

He did and can take that education back home IMO. Stack enough money and become a tax paying citizen like we are.
