wallmart confusses me on this species

it doesnt have to be 55, it all depends on the footprint not the gallonage, theyre fine in 40gal.s
 
i have a bichir and it was labeled as a dinosaur eel. he is a pig he will eat 8 feeders every day and the ones he dont eat he kills for fun. after he is done eating he looks like a garbage bag full of basket balls. he has teamed up with my coey cats and cuddle in the corner. my cory cats follow him everywhere.
