Walmart Fish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Lil_Stinker, the one near me still sells fish. I've also seen many other wal-marts with fish. Meijer, a department store in Michigan and surroundung areas, seems to have more fish than walmart. They are equal to or worse than the conditions of wal-mart. I don't think they sell any brackish fish or pacus though. The one near me always seems to have dead tire-track eels

Where I live, the only 'fish store' is wallyworld....and this one also has the "Oh I know what I'm doing" personel:irked: and of course they don't have a clue.. I have to admit that if it wasn't for WW I would not be able to enjoy 'fish keeping' , as my DH has no real entheusiasm for the hobby ( this makes driving the hour and a half to the nearest lfs out of the question:()(I have 2 10 gal,1 20 gal,1 525 gal pond,4 indoor cats and 1 indoor dog...so I don't press my luck).....but he does tolerate them for my sake and I can get the better supplies on line....
I am also the only 'fish fanatic' in my deck of the woods so communities like MFK really keep me encouraged;)

I went back there yesterday, and the correct sizes are still there.
