That is just messed up. Plan and simple. You buy fish to care for them not to torture. They are breed so much in captivity they lose their fears of humans and this is just cruel and unusual to take advantage of their dependency on us.

Madmaxx how can u say that there not optimum conditions if that is where the fish came from. I see ur point about predators and parasites but surely the best place for any wild fish or animal is in the wild.

In a way i have to agree, for example, look at a lot of the killer whales used for shows, they are kept in "optimum" conditions so to speak, but sure there wild counter parts are much happier?

But i do have to say this does seem messed up to me... Its basically 100% chance something will hit, in the wild with the vast amount of space, it really is a game of chance will hit it, and its unlikely you'd tag the same one in a very short amount of time...
