want to know about Buttikoferi

i'll let you know how they go in a CA/SA community tank setup. i just bought one around 3.5" and is settling in very well, the tank is a 7x2x2.5 though so if you were thinking of getting one i'd suggest a large tank unless you want to keep it as a solo fish.

the buterkofrie are top dog ....can you see the red terror and him sitting together.....the but.. used to beat the hell out of my breeding male trimac...
very strong fish....18'' plus!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought mine at Pristine Aquarium in Alexandria. They're $10.99 for a little 2". I believe they have one left.

thanks mate. yeah not too common over here too but by no means rare. it was kinda a spur of the moment decision but he has fit in really well with all my CA/SA's. first one i've owned and it's already one of my favourite fish :)
