Wanted for Murder

Did you see that story about that college kid who found himself wanted for murder. Seems he had a almost identical name Zachary Garcia and the real wanted person Zachery Garcia with an (e). Police used the the wrong picture ID. What I found also amazing is they both look almost like the same person plus there birth date is identical except for one year apart! 3/6/92 and 3/6/93

Actually if you read the article the kid didn't kill anyone. They robbed a house and the homeowner shot and killed one of the robbers. Under some law the three surviving would-be robbers are each charged with murder.

Now, I'm definitely not condoning robbery but think about it. You go to rob a house and steal some stuff. Homeowner shoots and kills your friend and then you get charged with murder?

So someone commits a felony (any crime where they can go to jail for exactly one year or more) and someone else dies during the felony they get charged with murder?

Now, I'd love if thieves got their hand chopped off for stealing. But for getting charged with murder when you didn't kill (or even have any intent to kill) anyone just seems dumb.

agree no sypothy from me either the home owner has the right to defend his house and the hole the friends get charged with murder i think its amazing surves them right.

but with the kid with almost identical everything is pretty crazy... kinda makes you think if theres another almost identical you out there?!?!?!
