Quitting pop was easy. I also stopped drinking anything carbonated (with one exception guys night out once in a while) so no pop, energy drinks, fake juices, or anything thing else.. I only drink Milk, water, and once in a while apple, cherry, cranberry, or other all natural fruit juices. These are rarely drank. I only do it once in a while. Also I am not starving myself or anything crazy. I never plan to drink those things again. One day I plan to be a dad and I want to be a good role model for my children. it is hard to tell kids they need to eat well if I am not doing it too.
