Congrats man! That's an awesome feat! I, myself, am trying to lose some weight and get in better shape after college kinda destroyed my body, lol. In the past month I've lost about 10lbs. Keep up the awesome work man!

Working on a new workout schedule to start next week.

M/F chest and back
T lower body
W- Arms and shoulders
Th- cardio

I am hoping to gain some mass and strength while toning...

4x16 on all lifts except arms (they should be 4x10-12)
Chest/Back

  • Superset: Push ups and rows (change your hand position on PUs each set Wide, Narrow and Neutral)
  • Superset: Incline Push ups and Pull-ups/Chins
  • Superset: DB Chest Flys and Rear Delt Flys
Lower Body

  • Squats (change foot position each time - wide, medium, narrow)
  • Romanian Deadlift (Keep slight knee bend and bend at the hips, head up, get good stretch and come back up)
  • Lunges
  • Defensive Slides
Arms/Shoulders

  • DB military
  • Superset: Front and Lateral Raises (palms down)
  • Superset: DB Curls and Overhead Ext
  • Superset: Hammer Curls and Kick Backs
  • Superset: Overhand Curls (palms Down) and Tricep Push ups

i've gained about 50 pounds since getting married. that's what i get for marrying a good cook

Well two days into my new workout. 1 my chest hurts from yesterday, which is good. 2. I will curse the stairs tomorrow at work from today. lol

Will continue to keep it up. I am two lbs from my goal of 180 lbs and I have been focusing on lifting and muscle building. I plan to work on maintaining that weight, cutting fat while building muscle. Yes I know building muscle and cutting weight does not work together, but I have been doing it for a few months now. I am pretty happy with the results and I am working on staying at this weight. I sure if I get a lot of body fat gone my weight will go up a little.
