Well two days into my new workout. 1 my chest hurts from yesterday, which is good. 2. I will curse the stairs tomorrow at work from today. lol
Will continue to keep it up. I am two lbs from my goal of 180 lbs and I have been focusing on lifting and muscle building. I plan to work on maintaining that weight, cutting fat while building muscle. Yes I know building muscle and cutting weight does not work together, but I have been doing it for a few months now. I am pretty happy with the results and I am working on staying at this weight. I sure if I get a lot of body fat gone my weight will go up a little.
