ok now im really getting into recycling i need glass and a place to put my other tanks so i built a dual window setup up to fit the glass in my 30 gallon i think im going to use a torch to pull it apart.

the old tank came apart i broke the sides but i only wanted the front and back.










the two glass sheets in the tank .....i siliconed the joints just because,.

i agree it wouldn't hurt to leave it for a week but the whole idea using the old tank for glass was i don't have a week new carpet coming and the tank needs to be a storage unit.

ge windows and door silicone normally cures in 24 hours i have given it less without a problem before.

i have alot to do to set-up i can possibly put it off until tomorrow.

tank is up and running no plumbing yet but I have it all using a big back pack filter until it's time to move the tank again.
