Actually it kind of is...it sure does not look to have a beak like most dolphins have.I can't make out a dorsal fin in the photo.

It's a Harbour porpoise, Phocoena phocoena. It's the smallest porpoise species in the North Atlantic.

I also agree on porpoise... The head did not look like the "common dolphin" to me... May just be the photo angle though...
