I lived in England for a short while and I can confirm that I have seen a porpoise, so they are there

Have to agree with porpoises, it certainly wasnt a dolphin. Its not something we often see washed up on beaches in uk. We had some real strong storms over last month, think this could be reason for them being beached

It's a Harbour porpoise, Phocoena phocoena. It's the smallest porpoise species in the North Atlantic.

I agree, it's definitely a Harbor Porpoise.
