how quick does safe dissolve into the water? Also do you put in the conditioner of safe/prime in the water before you add new water? or yo uput it after you add the new water.

I dose and then turn on water within 1 min(less usually) safe liquifies as soon as it hits the water any big chunks take a few seconds...

i see... i bought a bunch of dechlorinators now that i realize this is probably why i lose fish suddenly. especially when my water parameter is fine.
