Above is a test of the tap water where I lived in the states.
When I added a dechloraminator during a water change, I could use about a 5th of what the instructions generally called for, to get this result below.
My water changes were usually about 1/3 of the tank, so about 100 gallons every other day.
I was lucky to have access to the meter, but there are much easier ways to determine your tap water Chloramine concentration, and water after a water change.
