We're in Bend Oregon. He lives in his own 55 for now. I'm not too hip on letting him chase fish around the tank because he's more of a lay and wait predator and he gets frustrated.

Got a friend who has a 14" plus fat cow and in a community environment with CA cichlids and larger eartheaters. Occasionally, from what they tell me. Some of the smaller fishes go missing that are around 4"
