I got my 300 for $500 complete setup.

I just got a 24" Silver Arowana, 8" Green Terror, a 6" Horseface Cichlid, a 6" Bichir, 4" green spotted pleco. Also got a 250w Eheim heater, 5 big bags of unopened food and two big bags of opened food all for $100
 
125g in almost new condition. I have yet to find a scratch on the glass or plastic trimming.

Paid $125 CDN.

The guy said his wife was getting pissed off at him for having such a big tank.:ROFL:
 
i got my 55g complete for 100€!

I got an acrylic 220g tank (72x30x24) plus stand for $300, and the guy threw in a 90g glass tank for free just to get it out of his garage.
 
If you have free time watch the free section on craigs. Also let people know about your fish. They might think your a nerd, but they might know someone who's dying to get rid of a tank and is too lazy to advertise it. :grinno:

Purchased a set of free weights off a buddy when he decided to move to Florida. Bench, weights, stand, curling bar, dumbells etc... real nice set. He had a custom 150gal tank that was still in his wall. I took that too. The whole deal cost me $300.

I later got rid of the tank to a guy in manhattan. They carried the tank up three flights of stairs cause it wouldn't fit in the elevator.
