WC Bahia?

i think vendors (anyone) selling CB cichla labeled as WC is just away to make money they dont care aslong as they get paid and it is sad that happens esp in this hobby because a lot of people put time money into raising cichla..if i ever came accross a vendor selling me a CB cichla but told me it was WC i would never order from them again regardless of what they bring in..that raises a whole trust issue with vendors..thats just my opinion..

I agree with you 100%. Most of us cichla freaks are this way to.

I believe we have had this conversation many times here in the cichla section, arguably from what I understand in asia they breed these bass in ponds here is what I believe all the bass bred in this manner are in fact f1 bass not wild caught. Now most of my bass have come from rapps, 1 from wes and all the bass from rapps were labled in my mind properly (f1,f2,wc I knew what I was buying) the one from wes is the the most beautiful of my collection so there is no dought in my mind on that one.
I didnt buy any of the recent kelberi imports I was waiting to see what rapps is going to bring in as hayn has tought me to do. :)

I want to say it does not matter either way. I would hope vendors are honorable. That's always what it boils down to. I have two fish from Rapps and his list is always the first I look at because it was the name thrown around the most when I started in this hobby.

Rapps is one of three I trust and is one of my fav to order from. I trust the collection point with The "I'm higher and mightier than all" vender but other stuff that vender does prevents me from spending my $ with said vendor.
