Im sure they will come in, question is will they come in alive???

Yeah, for those who just want a leo, captive bred is still a better option in my opinion. Wild caught ones will hold the most value for those looking to breed them.

Hey zoodiver, where was it, or what facility did you say you saw like dozens of leopoldis close or over 100 of them? I remember you mentioned that a while back.

Dallas aquarium, But I checked and they do not have anywere near 100 leo's that direct from them.

Why do you assume WC rays come in dead?

Yes it happens but the percentages are small especially when packed one ray to a box

was this ever really in question? CB anything is better but also CB wasnt subjected to the stresses and long box time of importing etc

WC rays are also more difficult to breed and it will take many years b4 they are willing and able to pup.

I would bet you can grow up a cb ray and get it to breed faster than you could a WC ray that was imported as an adult.

I will take this bet John, If your buying a mature adult WC leopoldi it will breed for sure faster then it will take for a CB pup 3-5 years to reach maturity and breed. WC adult will breed in around 1-2 years after import maybe sooner.

As it seams the first ones arrived in Germany,
