this is what happens when greed and competition enters the picture.... 200 large rays in one shipment.... recipe for disaster....

if this shipment was smaller I am confident the loss would be alot smaller percentagewise. I have never experienced or witnessed a loss like that in my life.

I see it now everyone posting on every forum how WC rays all come in dead and dying... this is not the case.

sit back let the dust settle and the smoke clear and resume these threads in 2 years....

How would the size of the order play any role in death of rays? that is absurd if I ship 10 or 50 rays they are all packed with same materials and care no matter what the size of the order is. It would be more like bad holding conditions on the river, exporters facility, delays in shipping etc. Also John when you would pickup rays in Queens or Yonkers you were not importing any rays that was already done by someone else who would have already removed the DOA.

They will hit the USA for sure. Doubt we will see anyone else bring them in. But they will come.

I opened the boxes Mike....If I wanted the fish would be repacked if needed. If the ray was doa it was left in the box for me to toss in the trash.

someone cleared the shipments for me but they were mine dead or alive.

dont tell me things about myself that you dont know about.


and the size of the order and the doa percentage is not absurd.....

handling 200 rays from the river to your doorstep is the reason he had a 80 percent die off in the end...There is alot of room for error when moving that many rays.....
