I would run 2 of the AquaClear 110's...that way you will have more than enough filtration and you can alternate foam cleanings, and still keep the filter live...

I've checked a similar filter at my lfs & I don't think it will fit in my tank because of the tank cover.. & if I don't put a cover, I'm afraid my aro would jump out..
Canister filter looks tempting but too expensive for me..
Also, what is the difference between canister filter & sump? I noticed they work pretty much the same..
