WC Kelberi not feeding! Ideas?!

Jay, mine has been really stubborn too. He eats feeders fine but has only eaten two pieces of prawn since I've had him. I've moved him to a separate tank and filling him up with feeders as he is looking too thin for my liking. Keep me posted as to how yours is doing.
If hes not eaten by saturday mate Im gonna throw in aload feeders myself!

I will try the preventative cure and i have my tank at 85f my other peacock eats pellets like its his last meal

Neil said they were shy feeders, hopefully it will get more confident and eat thawed prawns. What worries me though is that when it has some bulk on it and I re-introduce it back to the main tank, it won't eat again.
They pounced at the food when I was there mate I would not have bought him if not!
Lets hope they do in our tanks too.
Ok so just added 2 1.5" -2" Goldfish.

he's still not feeding? thought he had caved in
He ate some platys 2wks ago but I had to move him to the main tank when the xingu arrived
and the divider holes are too large to put small platys in with him.
He is divided off from the crazies and seems happy swimming about but no interest in food live or dead!
A 1.5" Goldfish should look really tasty to a 9" Cichla! But not this boy!
