WC Kelberi not feeding! Ideas?!

Yer mate, fed him 2 3" goldfish then let him into the tank last wkend.
He sits behind the filter outlet pipes at the top of the tank but does venture out when food is thrown in...
still not eaten any yet but its early days. He gets chased a little by the Bahia and Orino but less and less by the day.
Amazing colour on him will try get a pic.

He's eating river shrimp like crazy. At the moment I'm starving him to eat massivore as both my azul and my orino love it.
 
You got ur Orino then? Good job I put you on to him haha.

Mr Jay, my suggestion would be to get him a tankmate or to just put him in a partition right in front of the tank for you to scare the hell outta him (to make him get used to u actually). Worked well for my little ones, after awhile they treat me as a thing which brings them food instead of a predator :P

Hi Trophaine, thanks for the suggestion. Ive already added him in the tank with 2 Bahia Kels, 2 Azul and an Orino so he has plenty of friends.
Think he is just intimidated because they are bigger, he will come around eventually.
 
IMO....it wasnt the best idea adding him in w/ the others. He needed to eat more before he got super stressed and tossed in w/ the others. That kel hasnt eaten much at all. Has he ate more than a dozen feeders in the last month?

Didnt have the room to keep him seperated but picking a new tank up later today so gonna put him in there with all the feeders he can eat.
