I've been at it for about 4 years on and off. And c'mon guys give me some credit. I'm working with 100lb dumbbells lol.
Which is great, but with 100 pounders you're putting alot of stress on your elbows. Drop the weight, focus on your form and eat good. You'll see. Lifting heavy weights is good as long as you don't hurt yourself.
just tossing out my two cents. personaly, eating right and lifting properly and training hard gave me the best results
