Here's are the new guys, but i think i introduced something nasry into
My pond when i added the rays from
The seller. Even for these big rays inshould have had a wuarantine tank :( old
Rays have stopped eating too and i found these kind of poop
Floating around in my pond , also found my old male has running spots .

I'm
Currently treating with metronidazole and also increased the heat .

Any tips? Would appreciate the help. Hope they are able to recover :(
I have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, ph at 7.3 . Nitrate at 100 .

100 ppm of nitrate is super high, you need to do wc , clean out your filtration, and if you can add pothos or some other plants that would help. Typically I don’t want nitrates to get over 40ppm for more than a few days. This high nitrates could be why the rays are not doing well to begin with, then it lowers their immune systems and leaves them open to other types of health issues.

you will need to get them eating right away.

Whitish poop could probably indicate towards an internal parasite? Or maybe a bacterial infection, but I don’t see any sign of it. My best guess would be internal parasites and high nitrate.

Gpdriftwood Gpdriftwood Matteus Matteus DB junkie DB junkie kno4te kno4te , they could probably help but Finding the cause can be quite difficult due to so many health issues out there. Hope no more of your rays suffer

I have already stated my opinion on what needs to happen as a baseline. Treating sickness means nothing if the original root issue isn’t first addressed.
