You're shopping in the wrong place, Sriracha is dirt-cheap at the Asian markets around here. You can buy a pint bottle for under $3 or a gallon for around $20.

x2

any Asian shop or market carries it and it's only couple or few bucks a bottle which lasts a long time

would be as hard as finding beans in a Cardenas

Who here has had chitlins?

love them. Pig intestines are da bomb! It's surprisingly expensive though for a bunch of organs.

In another note, I've eaten snakehead and asain carp. That was when I was a kid.

I haven't had them in years...since my aunt died. They are not the most pleasant smelling dish.

We wash them very well with water and get most of the fat out with corn starch. Put a ton of spices and it's the best.

Lmao. One time my grandmother sent me in to town to get a tub. And I spent literally 20 minutes looking for chitlins before I callef home and they told me it's actually chitterlings. They smell horrible.

Yeah, they can really light up a house.I remember the first time I saw he label on the tub and saw the actual spelling of the word.
