i did get a clown knife he very amuses me , and i am aware of the gars growth, come the time i will have a bigger tank or i will sell him. hopefully in 10ish years i will be able to build a big tank so i won't have to part with my fish

hmmm...how bout Cyphotilapia frontosa? Technically theyre not "Oddballs," theyre Malawi Cichlids, but as far as Cichlids, very strange looking and behaving They hang near the bottom and swim in and out of the rockscape.

Get rid of the gar...Gars are ugly and big..Gulpers the the obveous way to go!And then keep some cigar barbs with them..Fully grown of course.
