Weirdest thing you've ever feed your fish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Guys, the one who owns the video is an MFK member. You can ask him yourself. That is a baby rabbit also. He picked it up from his lawn due to a mowing accident IIRC.

Not at a single inch for a 26" silver arowana. Like the centipedes, I dip-shock them in ice-water to make them sleep. Yes, I'm cruel sometimes. For calcium, for calcium.

I also remember one of the ways to kill them to eat is get them to bite something, while the neck is outstretched, you use something to lob the head off...

LOL@ ham sandwich...time now for my entry....maggots, for the win.:headbang2

That's interesting.I know most catfish are greedy but I wouldn't think a RTC would consume an apple.

My mother, whose 6 around my fish, fed my clownfish, Dolly, cooked, buttered, sugared squash one day. I was livid.

Other than that, they eat pretty normal stuff. Might have nabbed a dead bug off the water over the summer... (stupid bugs...)

How much of the squash did she put in there?

Not really weird but once fed a Pacu a few dry dog food the size of grapes to see if he eat it. He ate it but I didn't continue feeding him it.
I've had my fish get some odd things that got stuck in there mouths. Once one of my bichirs got a suction cup stuck in his lower jaw had to pull it out. I had one of my siamese barbs get a thin long bone stuck in its mouth that punctured through the roof of his mouth and stuck through his nostril. Had to pull that out too.

Cheez-it fed to an oscar...at first he didn't like but he tried again and ate a few!
