yup def a pseed.. trying to get one for my tank as well posted about it to threads before yours.. i have a green sunfish which is in the same family and he will eat any thing u throw in there for he most part. as far as tank mates they are very agressive so as long as your other fish can hold his on i would say yes but def keep an eye on it. nice fish i hope to have one soon as well.

The sculpin are very aggressive.. and nothing really seems to get in the larger ones way of eating, Ill keep an eye on them..it will be another 3-5 weeks minimum before he even comes out of QT.
I feed allot of live food, i breed my own guppies, convicts, marbled crays, cherry shrimp and soon to be paradise fish for feeders, i also feed a few different types of pellets, frozen foods and some fresh veggies.
uhh i don't have thermometer in its tank out side...so what ever it gets to during the day..i wouldn't say much above 70 at the hottest days.
The in side tank with the sculpin sits about 65-68o cooled by a fan.
well thats what i was hoping for.so far nothing has been able to survive her but the one other sculpin..she tends to beat anything to death if she cant eat it...i was hoping the pumpkinseed would survive or hold its own, there are several hiding places threw out the tank in case someone needs to get out of the other ones way.
