I'm pretty sure you could have refused a search. Since you were packing up and everything was in your car (I assume) and if the FW officer just drove by and stopped and didnt see you actually put fish in the buckets and then in your car, he has no right to search your vehicle. At least that is the way it is with the police. You should ALWAYS deny searches with out a warrant even if you are not guilty of anything.

its hard to see but in the zoom pic all the black spots are mosquito fish
everywhere over the concrete was mosquito fish
just cant tell in pix
also you can see a ton of snails so there is life in the pix

i think they have as much authority as a cop,specially when it comes to fish and game
even if your pulled by the cops and they ask to search and you say no your screwed so why say no lol

How are you screwed if you say no? The worse thing a cop can do is call a drug dog, and even then they have to get the dogs to you in a reasonable amount of time or they have to let you go.

Our founding fathers gave us the bill of rights for a reason so exercise them!

then they pull ya out and question ya more and bla bla LOL

so last night i rigged up a platform for the turt
used styro board
cut in circle,trimmed edges down
tied it to a tupp of rocks with weedeater line
made it so its pulled in the water a lil so he can get on it

went out today to find this
